I am encouraged to be more physically active while monitoring what I eat and also forging healthy relationships. It has been very helpful to have in-depth information on mental and spiritual well-being. I am eating healthier and I am choosing to do several activities every day with friends as I make sure that I get enough rest and spiritual recharging time. I feel like I am better rested and perform better at work and that my relationships are stronger than ever.
