Choose Well has encouraged me to make positive changes in my well being. Firstly, I have learned to watch my diet daily, to read nutritional facts at each foods before I eat. Secondly, I have recorded my steps, checked my blood pressure, paid more attention to my sleeping hours and watched my weight. I have also learned to be more optimistic, and cheerful by meditating and practicing yoga. Lastly, Choose Well has encouraged me to keep up with my doctor visits.
