Choose Well keeps reminding me that I agreed to CHOOSE WELL. Having left a very stressful environment, I see the damage done to myself in mind and body. I have increased my walking, exercise sessions and mindful meditation, prayer and positive thinking. I am starting to see a difference in just the past two months in how I sleep, respond to my environment and feel so much better. I am eating less and eating healthier as I am feeling satiation and am not stress eating. I have been walking with my parents who last week turned 80 and 81 and we are motivating one another with our accountability to one another. This program helps because I see tangible rewards from the program and in my better health.
