Always enjoyed outdoor activities but Choose Well encouraged me to become even more active. Now I enjoy regular hikes a few times a months as well as going to the gym or on brisk walks a couple of times a week. I had my husband join me in these activities which resulted him loosing some weight. Hiking and walking also helps me to decompress and clear my mind.
