Now I enjoy regular hikes a few times a months as well as going to the gym or on brisk walks a couple of times a week. I had my husband join me in these activities which resulted him loosing some weight. Hiking and walking also helps me to decompress and clear my mind. Back to March Winners Back to Life Changers
