Choose Well has encouraged me to make positive changes in my well being by reminding me to take time for self-care and reduce my stress in a healthier way. This is helpful to have tools to add to my mental toolbox because I do struggle with anxiety. So being reminded to take deep breaths, take a moment to be quite and have positive thinking does reduce my anxiety levels.
