Thanks to the added focus on my health I take 10-12 hikes locally every weekend with work friends. Plus spin classes and local runs and hikes 3 times during the week. Not only has it added friends to my family but I have lost over 10 pounds but I have been able to stop my blood pressure and cholesterol medications. My favorite part is being able to do more 10k runs. I even did one in London while on vacation.
