Bright Horizons Offers Family Care Support
Bright Horizons Back-Up Child and Elder Care. We want to help ease your way with finding safe and alternative childcare
options for days when you are scheduled to work and your regular care
is unexpectedly unavailable. Bright Horizons Back-Up Care provides access
to back-up care for your children, adult, and elder family members during
a lapse or breakdown in normal care arrangements.
Benefits-eligible caregivers* (scheduled work hours are a minimum of 20
hours per week) who are part of the aligned time away policy have access
to the Bright Horizons program providing subsidized and low-cost back-up
care for your children and adult/elder family members. Back-up care provides
a maximum of 10 uses annually per eligible caregiver*.
Subsidized cost of care:
•Center-based care is $20 per child per day (maximum $35 per family)
•In-home care for dependent adults, elders or max three children is
$32 for up to four hours and $8 for each additional hour
•Out of network support might be available where regular care options

Bright Horizons is continually updating their processes and protocols in
accordance with the most recent Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC) guidance and the guidance of their medical expert. They are encouraging
their centers to maintain small group sizes and practice social distancing
